Our first night is gentle and grounding. You’ll be welcomed not by another Canadian visitor or a Western “healer” now living there, but by our Balinese local CEO (Chief Experience Officer) ... someone who lives and breathes the rituals, magic, and wisdom of this sacred destination.

They’ll set the tone for our time together. And you’ll feel the shift that night. The way your nervous system drops, the way your shoulders finally relax.

We’ll share a beautiful dinner. You’ll meet the women you’re meant to journey with. And after a restful sleep, we begin.

Over the following days, you’ll wake up surrounded by nature. Maybe to the sound of waves, maybe birdsong in the jungle. You’ll move your body gently through Balinese-rooted yoga. Not just a workout, but a practice of gratitude, breath, and healing. The kind that feels like medicine.

Some days you’ll float; quite literally, snorkelling or in anti-gravity yoga. Other days you’ll be grounded in stillness.

The Balinese believe your body is a sacred temple.
And you’ll start treating it like one again.

Meals are prepared with love and care. Fresh, vibrant, and nourishing. You’ll eat foods that support your energy and help you come back to balance. Not a diet. Not a cleanse. Just true nourishment. The way it’s always been done here.
